Samantha Ho

Samantha began dancing at the age of 12 and has immersed herself in it ever since. Her dance repertoire includes Salsa, Argentine Tango, Standard and Latin ballroom, and most recently, Zouk Lambada. Starting with social ballroom classes in 1995, she had her first dance competition in 1997.

She moved on to Salsa and Argentine Tango in 2002 in Perth, Australia, under Juan Rando Dance Academy. She developed her love of dance by going on to complete internal training to become an instructor with JRDA in 2004. Samantha has experience not only in teaching various styles of dance, but also in wedding choreography and performance. She has performed at the 2005 Perth Latin Festival, as well as for other corporate events and private functions, in Australia and Singapore.

Moving back to Singapore at the end of 2005, Samantha continued free-lance teaching at several dance studios as well as having private students. She continued to pursue her interest in Latin Ballroom, and competed for 2 years in various international competitions held in Singapore, Philippines and Australia, including the 2007 National Capital Dancesport Championships in Canberra, Australia.

In 2009, Samantha and Nayan introduced the first Zouk Lambada class to Dubai, bringing about a new passion and growth for this beautiful dance. In December 2009, she also brought one of the renowned instructors and choreographers for Zouk, Alisson Rodrigues Sandi, to Dubai to conduct workshops and further promote Zouk.
